Lukáš joined the Heureka management team in July 2017. From the start he has been working to integrate the technological direction with the production vision of Heureka. He is a committed advocate of agile methods with great emphasis on independent development teams. In this he is helped by the joint strategy with the product department, which allows them maximum space for decision-making.
